Ingredients:
* 1 ½ cups milk
* 2 eggs
* 1 ½ cups old fashioned oats
* ⅓ cup brown sugar (or Splenda brown sugar)
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon vanilla
Instructions:
1. In a pot, whisk together the milk and eggs until fully combined.
2. Add in the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously.
4. Bring to a gentle simmer and continue stirring until the oatmeal thickens and becomes creamy.
5. Pour into bowls and top with milk, half & half, or extra sugar if desired.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
