Japanese Lunch Box Meal Prep 🍱

• New potatoes: 150g
• Miso: 20g
• Sugar: 1 tsp
• Sake: 1 tbsp

Roasted Paprika Pickles
• Bell pepper
• Water: 200ml
• Vinegar: 100ml
• Sugar: 55g
• Salt

Chef's Tips
• Char the peppers until black for easy peeling and extra sweetness.
