Ingredients:
Ingredients:
🔹All purpose flour 6 cups (750g)
🔹Sugar 2/3 cup (100g)
🔹Baking Powder 3 tsp
🔹Salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
🔹Vanilla extract 2 tsp (100% optional)
🔹Water 1 and 1/3 cups
🔹Alternatively ( milk 1 cup and water 1/3 cup)
🔹Eggs 2
🔹Cooking Oil 3.4 tbs (50ml)


Direction:
🔜 Measure your ingredients accurately
🔜 In a small bowl, mix your wet ingredients ( water or milk, eggs, cooking oil, vanilla extract)
🔜 In a large bowl, mix your dry ingredients ( Flour, sugar, baking powder, salt"
🔜 Bring very thing together, knead until smooth and nice
🔜 Cut into equal shape
🔜 Fry with low to medium heat
