About Today's Walk
Today's update is a bit of a tough one. I’m opening up about my lifelong struggle with sleep—from taking hours to switch off, to constantly tossing and turning throughout the night. I've noticed my sleep has gotten worse recently with some weight gain, so the hope is that as we shed some of this weight on this journey, the rest will improve too!
I'm also working on healthier bedtime habits, like cutting out the late-night doomscrolling.
Keeping It Real
Honestly, I didn't even want to film a video today. It was a struggle just to get out and do the walk. But I pushed through, and sometimes just showing up is the biggest victory. Going to grab a well-deserved nap later!
