FINALLY, I finished the bloomer tutorial.
I did forget to mention that after you put your elastic in you can pull the pant waistband flat and stitch a straight stitch through the elastic to keep it from moving around which I highly recommend.
If you already know how to create your pattern, then go ahead and skip around to the steps you need. I am timestamping everything so you can bounce around.
