We're converting this VW crafter van into an off-grid campervan! Today we're treating the rust and then building a new floor in the van. We remove the old flooring and build a new insulated floor using PIR insulation boards, timber battens and new plywood on top. I’ll take you through the process step-by-step, including how we laid out the battens, fitted the PIR insulation and installed the plywood flooring.
