Hanging 4x8 sheets of drywall by yourself doesn't have to be a struggle. In this video, I’m back inside the mudroom addition to show you my go-to solo method: the ledger board hack. It’s a simple process using just a couple of deck screws and a scrap board, but it makes a world of difference when you don’t have an extra set of hands.
I also walk through my process for cutting out electrical receptacles with a multi-tool, dealing with stubborn old exterior siding, and prepping for a future "smart toilet" install. Whether you're a pro or a DIYer, these tips will help you work faster and more efficiently.
In this video:
The Ledger Board Hack for solo drywalling
Using a drywall lift for larger jobs
Multi-tool receptacle cutouts
Transitioning from exterior to interior walls
My unique way of attaching corner bead
