Finding community over 50 as a neurodiverse woman helps you move from overwhelm to clarity in your micro business ideas.
You have an exciting idea, but when you go to start, you feel like you have no one to share it with. This is a common hurdle for many of us. We are looking at why connection is essential for neurodiverse women navigating the world of sovereign income especially when you're just starting out.
As we age, our circles shift — jobs change, people move, the parents we used to see through our kids drift away once the kids are grown. It's easy to settle into a smaller, quieter life without noticing how much smaller it's gotten, until you need it for something and realize who's actually there.
In this video I share what's actually worked for me: following genuine interests into rooms full of strangers, the slow burn of reconnecting with old friends (including one from ninth grade), and why rebuilding your circle is never just about the business — it feels good to be connected to people, period.
The gift here: growing the group you'd talk to about your idea is the same act as rebuilding your community.
