So here is a video on HSP and the fatigue that I, and a lot of people with HSP, experience. I've tried my best to describe it, but it is something that is extremely hard to explain.
Someone recently posted about it on one of the HSP groups on Facebook, and out of all the comments no one was really able to explain how it feels. It is a horrible feeling, as if your body is just screaming for rest and denies you of everything that you want, or need, to do at that moment. It steals a lot of time out of my day as I need to rest in order to try and function for the rest of the day.
I will be making more videos in the coming weeks, explaining how it all started, up to the point where I'm now. So please stay tuned to learn more about this horrible rare disease.
