3 MIN TAPPING FOR STRESS RELIEF

This is a simple 3-minute EFT tapping practice designed to help you quickly reduce stress and calm your nervous system.
When stress builds up, the body can get stuck in a heightened state of tension, overwhelm or anxiety. Tapping helps send calming signals to the brain and body, reducing emotional intensity and helping you feel more grounded.
You can use this anytime you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or need a quick reset during the day.
Take a few minutes for yourself and allow your mind and body to settle.
